Scotty P’s. Good Marketing.

Several months ago, I signed up to join Scotty P’s mailing list. A lot of restaurant mailing lists seem to be just a clever way for them to send you junk mail about poorly executed campaigns, but Scotty P’s on the other hand has some of the best customer-centric campaigns that I’ve ever experienced. This is what I mean when I say customer-centric… While most restaurants spend tons of money on promotional campaigns focused on themselves to raise awareness of their brand, Scotty P’s has put the customer first by allocating their marketing funds in much needed discounts and special offers. Just last weekend, I was able to use their “Buy One, Get One Free” coupon for my wife and I, our pastor and his wife, and eight of our other friends. That’s a total of six free burgers! Here’s the one they just sent me:

Dine at Scotty P’s THIS WEEK, save your receipt and present it on Sunday July 18, 2010 for a complimentary Large FRY.  Dine with us TWICE this week and receive a Complimentary Original Hamburger and Jr. Fries.  Dine with us THREE times this week and receive an Original, Jr. Fries and a Jr. Shake.
