AlbertAlbert Samuels’ beginnings in marketing stretches back to his childhood, promoting a neighborhood lawn service and a never-fully-developed buffalo wing and secret sauce empire. After years of experience in advertising and client-side marketing, Albert knew that restaurant marketing was more than an occupation and created EATIN’ FOOD to serve as a restaurant marketing outlet consisting of original material and applicable articles pertaining to Quick-Service (QSR), Fast Casual, and Casual restaurants.

Restaurants are more than simply food retail, they’re where old friends reunite and busy families end their days. There is no better industry.

Originally from Michigan, Albert and his wife lived a short while in North Texas where he worked for Pizza Inn Holdings, the parent company of (of course) Pizza Inn and Pie Five Pizza Co. before settling in beautiful Nashville, Tennessee — home to Cracker Barrel, Back Yard Burger, and Captain D’s.
